Rebrand / Relaunch

Stop looking smaller than you are.

Who it is for

An established business that has outgrown how it presents — trading well, known locally, and still using material made when it was half the size.

The trigger

  • The business has changed but the brand has not
  • A refit, a move, or a new site
  • A menu, service or model relaunch
  • Competing against businesses that look more expensive

The problem

The work got better and the presentation did not. A kitchen that has been serious for five years is still represented by four phone photos from 2022 and a logo somebody’s cousin made. The gap is invisible to the owner, because they see the business. It is the only thing the customer sees.

What changes

  • An identity system that holds together across a sign, a cup, a screen and a shopfront
  • Photography that matches what you actually serve
  • A consistent presence instead of five slightly different versions of the brand
  • Guidelines, so it stays consistent after we leave

How it runs

  1. 01

    Audit

Everything the customer currently sees, and where it contradicts itself.

  2. 02

    Reposition

What the business has become, and which parts of the existing equity are worth keeping.

  3. 03

    Redesign

Identity, applications, guidelines, and the assets the business runs on.

  4. 04

    Roll out

Signage, print, packaging, digital — in the order the business can absorb.

  5. 05

    Reintroduce

A relaunch moment, produced properly, rather than a quiet swap.

  6. 06

    Measure

Before and after, against the baseline we take first.

Scope and investment

We scope this per project rather than from a price list.

A rebrand / relaunch for a single site and one for a small group are different jobs, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one of them. Tell us what is happening and we will come back with a scope and a number — usually within one working day.

Questions we get

Will we lose the recognition we already have?
Only if the rebrand is done carelessly. Usually the equity sits in one or two elements — a name, a colour, a shape — and the job is to find those and keep them while everything around them improves.
How long does it take?
Identity and guidelines are typically six to ten weeks. Rollout depends on how much physical material exists.
