What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site.

- Business details — the business name, its website or social handle, its location, and what you tell us about your situation, plans and goals.
- Project details — the type of project, your indicative budget range, and any notes you add.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data through this website, and you should not send them to us this way.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to you and scope the work. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To keep a record of the enquiry. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining accurate business records.
We do not use what you send for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you have not been shown a banner. See our cookie notice for the detail.
Who else sees it
Form enquiries are processed by Formspree and sent to our studio inbox. Netlify hosts the website. These providers process information on our behalf and may do so outside the UK or EEA; international transfers are covered by their data processing terms.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects — kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become projects — kept for the duration of the engagement and for 6 years afterwards, which is the period we are required to keep business records for.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email info@zeropointstudios.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.
