Ongoing Partnership
Someone who keeps turning up after the launch.
Who it is for
A business that has the identity sorted and needs the presence maintained — consistently, in person, month after month.
The trigger
- After a launch, rebrand or campaign
- A team that cannot keep the channels fed
- Content that has drifted from the brand
- Growth that needs measuring, not just posting
The problem
Momentum from a launch decays in about six weeks. Most businesses know this and respond by posting more, which produces volume rather than presence. What actually holds is a regular shoot, a consistent standard, and a monthly number the owner can look at.
What changes
- A regular shoot, on site, with a camera rather than a phone
- Content that stays inside the brand instead of drifting from it
- Campaigns planned against the calendar the business actually runs on
- A monthly report in your metrics, against a baseline
How it runs
- 01
Plan
Baseline, calendar, and the one number that matters most to this business.
- 02
Make
A month of assets from each on-site shoot, made to a set standard.
- 03
Publish
Scheduled, posted, and pushed where paid support makes sense.
- 04
Learn
What moved, what did not, and which of it can honestly be attributed.
- 05
Adjust
One page, monthly, comparing where you are to where you started — and what changes next month.

Scope and investment
We scope this per project rather than from a price list.
A ongoing partnership for a single site and one for a small group are different jobs, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one of them. Tell us what is happening and we will come back with a scope and a number — usually within one working day.
Questions we get
- What is the minimum commitment?
- Three months. Less than that and there is nothing to measure against — you would be paying for output rather than movement.
- How often are you on site?
- Monthly as standard. More where the calendar justifies it — a seasonal peak or a campaign window.
