Campaign / Event
A moment that arrives instead of one that happens.
Who it is for
Anyone with a date to fill — a tournament, a fundraiser, a conference, a fun day, a seasonal appeal, a product drop.
The trigger
- A fixture, fixture series or tournament
- A fundraising appeal or Ramadan campaign
- A conference, dinner or community day
- A seasonal or promotional push
The problem
Events get organised and then marketed in the last fortnight by whoever has time. The identity is made the week before, there is nowhere to send people, and afterwards there is no record of it beyond phone footage. The event happens; the moment does not.
What changes
- An identity the event can actually live inside — kit, signage, socials, print
- A campaign with a run-up rather than a reminder
- Somewhere to send people, built for the one action that matters
- The day itself filmed and shot, so it exists afterwards
How it runs
- 01
Objective
What the day has to achieve, and what would count as it having worked.
- 02
Concept
The idea the campaign runs on, and the identity the event can live inside.
- 03
Produce
Campaign assets, kit, signage, and the page or site people are sent to.
- 04
Distribute
The run-up, placed where the audience already is.
- 05
The day
We are on the ground for it. Filmed and shot, so it exists afterwards.
- 06
Measure
Tracked links and codes throughout, reported against the run-up.
Scope and investment
We scope this per project rather than from a price list.
A campaign / event for a single site and one for a small group are different jobs, and pricing them the same would mean overcharging one of them. Tell us what is happening and we will come back with a scope and a number — usually within one working day.
Questions we get
- Can you handle the day itself as well as the campaign?
- Yes, and it is usually the point. The campaign and the production being the same team is what makes the footage match the promise.
- Do you build the website too?
- Where the event needs one. Unity Cup had a full site; a smaller fundraiser might need one page and a booking link.
